The Foundation system maintenance plan involves the materials and components providing for the foundation of the structure. The initial maintenance plan visit starts with an inspection* of the home’s Foundation system. The Customer is provided with a written report, with pictures of existing deficiencies that are found.
After the initial system inspection, the Customer may schedule routine, recurring maintenance visits (average one per year) with each visit providing a check-up survey of the system and components, and routine tasks per a maintenance task schedule.

Structural System Maintenance Plan
The Structural system maintenance plan consists of the inhabitable superstructure, and the roof structure of the home. The initial maintenance plan visit starts with an inspection* of the home’s Structural system and components. The Customer is provided with a written report, with pictures of existing deficiencies that are found. Consumer level tasks may be provided during the initial Maintenance visit, such as door latch adjustment, and loose component fastening for example.
After the initial system inspection, the Customer may schedule routine, recurring maintenance visits (average one per year) with each visit providing a check-up survey of the system and components, and routine tasks per a maintenance task schedule.

Electrical System Maintenance Plan
The electrical system provides the basic energy for the operation of virtually every automated system and appliance of the home. The initial maintenance plan visit starts with an inspection* of the home’s electrical system and components. The Customer is provided with a written report, with pictures of existing deficiencies that are found. Consumer level tasks may be provided during the initial Maintenance visit, such as bulb replacement for accessible fixtures, and battery replacement in accessible smoke detectors, for example.
After the initial system inspection, the Customer may schedule routine, recurring maintenance visits (average one per year) with each visit providing a check-up survey of the system and components, and routine tasks per a maintenance task schedule.

HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) Maintenance Plan
The HVAC system provides for the air quality and environmental comfort of the home. Plumbing System Maintenance Plan
The Plumbing system provides for all of the water supply and waste drainage of the home. The initial maintenance plan visit starts with an inspection* of the home’s Plumbing system and components. The Customer is provided with a written report, with pictures of existing deficiencies that are found. Consumer level tasks may be provided during the initial Maintenance visit such as cleaning of faucet spout diffuser, and toilet tank water level, for example.
After the initial system inspection, the Customer may schedule routine, recurring maintenance visits (average two per year) with each visit providing a check-up survey of the system and components, and routine tasks per a maintenance task schedule.
