Plumbing Visit Checklist Items²

The routine Plumbing visit (to be scheduled >one time per year) includes checking those items which were found to be deficient in the initial MyHandyHomeHelp.com Plumbing Maintenance Plan Inspection, as well as those the customer has current need or questions about. After confirming the items in need, the MyHandyHomeHelp.com Helper will be available to make repair(s) and/or adjustment(s)¹ per the following checklist schedule and the Work Order in effect during the visit.

• Plumbing System
  • confirm location of water meter
  • confirm location of main water supply shutoff valve (if any)
• Fixtures:
  • confirm the condition of commodes, fixtures, showers, tubs, and enclosures
• Water heater(s)
  • confirm the condition of water heater components
  • confirm the condition of gas vent pipe, draft hood, proximity to combustibles, and vent termination point and clearances
• Gas distribution systems
  • confirm the location of gas meter
  • confirm the condition of gas distribution system components

¹Work performed by MyHandyHomeHelp.com personnel is provided according to the Terms and Conditions of the MyHandyHomeHelp.com Service Agreement and the specific Work Order in place for services. The Customer is responsible to provide proprietary instruction(s) and/or tools as necessary to complete required Work.
